If you attended the February 5th Toxics in Puget Sound workshop, you might have been one of the many people who asked excellent questions during this all day Stormwater SIL hosted workshop.

Good news is that the Q&A is now available for your viewing pleasure! The Q&A is quite beefy, separated into different categories over 20 pages.

We love our jargon… Dilbert

Related to this work, we also have a Tire and Toxicity Q&A document which combines tire-specific questions from the 5th along with additional questions posed at a Salmon-Safe BC tire workshop with Dr. Jen McIntyre from the Washington Stormwater Center at WSU. Dr. McIntyre works in close collaboration with our fabulous colleagues at UWT, including Zhenyu Tian and Ed Kolodjiez.

The Stormwater SIL is currently funding Salmon Safe to expand its urban markets- the City of Shoreline is the first city to be Salmon Safe Certified. Ecology is cross walking the Salmon Safe elements with the stormwater permit- stay tuned. Great news all around!
