Have you ever wondered why our audiences don’t respond to our requests to “just” do something new connected with our Puget Sound recovery? Or your strategies are not reaching your intended audience? Or that your peers still believe in the “general” public? Wedded to the notion of human rationality? Then this presentation is for you!

American Chemical Society

On Wednesday, March 24th from noon-1pm, please join the Washington Stormwater Center at WSU to engage in a lively conversation about humans, cognitive biases, messaging tips, collaborating with unusual partners, science communication, and behavioral change for good. We’ll talk about human behavior, the nasty pitfalls of cognitive biases, what strengthens trust in scientists, and how to become the party people want to join.

From the Official Invitation from WSC
